What we do
With and by the girls themselves, the 10,000 Girls program has developed techniques for independent study, a peer education network, and a parental support system.In a simple list, our educational program activities include- Monitored after-school homework preparation

How we evaluate
Each participant is evaluated monthly by her public school teachers, parents, after school monitors and instructors. We have both monthly and annual evaluations.- Monthly evaluation criteria

Some recent results
From our detailed breakdown provided at Facts & Numbers. For 2005-06, participants in the 10,000 Girls program- Experienced a 68% success rate in passing to the next grade level. In contrast to the 18% success rate for the region of Kaolack.
- Had a 2% percent dropout rate. As opposed to the 53% dropout rate for the region of Kaolack.
